ATTENTION - THE OAK HILLS 8TH WARD HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CARE AND UPKEEP OF THE CENTER PART OF THE CHURCH BUILDING (THE CHAPEL, CULTURAL HALL, STAGE, AND HIGH COUNCIL ROOM).

THIS IS A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY AMONG ALL OF US.  

If your last name begins with the letters U, V, or W, please consider staying after church for just a bit to help pick up and vacuum.  Please meet Mikhail Pappin by the kitchen to help out.

-October 23 - 1 pm-7pm - Red Cross Blood Drive, here in this building, Sign up here

-October 23 - 8 pm - Ward Temple Trip-Endowment session at Provo City Center Temple. No reservation needed.

-October 25 - 7 pm - Ward Halloween Party - either at South Fork Park, or in the Cultural Hall where we will stream the BYU Football game. And have other activities with lots of great food. More details to come. 

-November 8 - 11 am - Ward Temple Trip - Endowment session at the Logan Temple. Sign up here

-November 22 - 9 am Annual Turkey Bowl invitational with other SA wards in Utah County. Or watch the BYU football game, depending on how the season has gone up to that point.

-December 13 - 7 pm - Annual Ward Christmas Gala

Musical Numbers: If you are interested in doing a musical number during sacrament meeting, please contact Lindsay Priday.

Reminder: Activities will be wrapping up around 10:15 pm because the building needs to be cleaned and locked up by 10:30 pm. In the recent past we have done activities until the sun come up, but now we will respect the 10:30 pm time. Please plan your attendance accordingly. 

Temple Foundations Class: Join us for Temple Foundations class. We meet in the high council room during Sunday School hour. It is not Temple Prep. The Temple Foundations class is about enhancing our understanding of the temple, covenants, worship in the house of the Lord, and ministering on both sides of the veil.  Anyone can come to all the lessons or only the topics that most interest them.
